Crock Pot Cheesy Chicken Tater Tot Casserole





Ingredients:1 (32 oz.) bag frozen tater tots
1 (3 oz.) bag bacon pieces
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup milk
salt & pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Layer half of the frozen tater tots on the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the bacon pieces.
  4. Now top with 1/3 of the shredded cheese.
  5. Add diced chicken on top.
  6. Season with salt & pepper.
  7. Now add 1/3 of the bacon pieces and another 1/3 of shredded cheese.
  8. Put the rest of the frozen tater tots on top.
  9. Finish with the remaining 1/3 cheddar cheese and remaining 1/3 of bacon pieces.
  10. Pour 3/4 cup milk all over the top.
  11. Cover and cook on low about 4-6 hours.


Creamy Crockpot Chicken and Broccoli Over Rice



I made this recipe twice, It's a keeper around here. YUM





Prep time: 5 min | Cook time: 3-6 hours | Total time: 6 hours

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 14 ounce can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 14 ounce can Cheddar Soup
  • 14 ounces Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 6 cups steamed broccoli florets (Boiled in hot water for 3 minutes then drained)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Place soups, chicken broth, Cajun and garlic salt into a crockpot over low heat.  Whisk until smooth.  Add chicken, pressing to the bottom. Cover lid and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
  2. When chicken is cooked, use 2 forks to shred into bite size pieces.  Stir in sour cream and broccoli.
  3. Serve over steamed rice and sprinkle with cheese if desired.

Makes 4-6 Servings

Chicken Rice Dish

Here is a recipe from my grandmother

Chicken Rice Dish

1 c. Rice
6 Chicken Breasts
1 can of Mushroom Soup
1/2 c. Cooking Sherry
1/2 c. Water
 Put raw rice on bottom of dish top with rest of the stuff. Bake at 350 for 2 1/2hrs

Pizza Chicken

Pizza Chicken

1/2 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs 
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Or Mozzarella Cheese
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 egg
2 skinless, boneless chicken breast

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper in a shallow bowl; place flour into a second bowl. Whisk egg and lemon juice together in a third bowl.
  • Dip each chicken breast in egg mixture and dredge in flour; dip again in egg mixture and dredge chicken in crumb mixture until coated. Place coated chicken breasts into a baking dish.

    Pesto Ranch Crock Pot Chicken

    I've made this recipe tons of times.

    Ingredients
    • 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs (I used Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts)
    • 6 ounce jar of pesto
    • 1 package Ranch Dressing
    • 1/2 cup of Chicken Broth
    Place chicken breasts in a single layer in the bottom of your slow cooker.
    • Sprinkle ranch seasoning over chicken.
    • In a small bowl whisk together pesto and ½ cup water and pour over chicken. (Water isn’t in the ingredient list because, well, it’s water…)
    • Cover and cook for 2-3 hours on high or 4-5 hours on low.

    Glazed Fruited Chicken

    1 Jar (29oz)Fruits for salad
     2/3 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise (I used Hellmann's Light)
    1 pkg.(7oz)Herb Stuffing
    1 broiler-fryer Chicken, cut in parts or use boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 tsp. Salt
     Dash of Pepper
    1 (12 oz.) jar orange marmalade

    Drain fruit; set aside. Reserve 2/3 cup liquid. Stir reserved liquid into real mayonnaise. Stir constantly over medium heat until mixture boils; add stuffing. Spread in 9x13x2 inch pan. Add chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; brush with additional real mayonnaise. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Melt marmalade. Arrange fruit around chicken. Brush on marmalade. Bake 15 minutes. Garnish with parsley. Serves 4.

    Ranch Chicken


    Are you looking for a recipe well, I have a recipe for you . I made this a couple of times .As we say "It's A Keeper"..


    Ranch Chicken

    4 oz. grated cheese(Mozzarella & Cheddar)
    12-16 oz. raw boneless Chicken, chopped
    4 Tbs. Butter
    1 Onion,chopped
    4 Corn Tortillas
    1 14.5 oz. can of Rotel Tomatoes
    4 Tbs. Flour
    Salt & Pepper & Garlic Powder to taste
    1 c. Chicken broth

    Sauté chicken and onion in butter. Add flour and 1/4 c. broth. Cook 5 minutes. Add rest of broth and tomatoes. Boil until sauce thickens. Tear tortillas and add with cheese to mixture. Put in casserole did and bake at 350 F for 30-40 minutes.
    Serves 4

    Cracked Chicken

    Cracked Chicken

    Ingredients:
    • Chicken Breasts, Boneless and Skinless  - 2 Pounds
    • Cream Cheese, Cut into Cubes 2 (8 Ounce) Blocks
    • Dry Ranch Dressing Mix - 2 (1 Ounce) Packets
    •  Bacon, Cooked and Crumbled - 8 Ounces
    • High Quality Rolls - 6
    • Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese - 6 Slices
    • Red Onion, Thinly Sliced- 1
    • Barbecue Sauce

    Instructions:

    1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towel. Place them in the crockpot. Top evenly with cream cheese cubes then sprinkle the dry ranch evenly over the top. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours. Chicken is ready when it can easily be shredded with a fork.
    2. When chicken is cooked, shred it. Add cooked bacon. Give the mixture a stir to evenly combine everything.
    3. Spoon one portion of chicken mixture on half of a good quality rolls, top with cheese and set under the broiler just until cheese has melted.
    4. Spread BBQ sauce on second half of the bun and top with a thin slice of red onion. Serve.

            * For me when I make it again I'll use 1 packet of Ranch Dressing. I used Bacon Bits ,not cooked or crumbled
